Cancellation Policy

To ensure fair access and efficient scheduling for all users any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the reserved session cost (minimum half-day charge). Exceptions may be considered for extenuating circumstances at the discretion of the lab manager. This policy helps us maintain instrument availability and minimize downtime for other researchers.
